“At 12:32 [09:32 GMT] the hearth was totally extinguished,” the emergencies ministry stated in an announcement on messaging app Telegram.
The ministry stated earlier that “greater than 120 folks had been rescued from the burning constructing”.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin stated two folks required medical assist and one among them was handled on the spot.
“Their lives aren’t in peril,” Sobyanin stated in an announcement.
The blaze coated an space of 1,000 sq. metres (10,764 sq. ft), the ministry stated, including that 180 folks and 41 items of apparatus battled the hearth.
